We build the tools we needed ourselves: software that helps investigators win funding, run studies, and understand their data — designed by people who have spent their careers inside academic research, not adjacent to it.
Commercial products, available to institutions and individual investigators.
Study infrastructure we build and use ourselves — data collection, measurement, and intervention delivery for behavioral health and clinical research. Several are the technical basis of federal small-business research proposals.
OmniKog LLC is a Minnesota software company founded on a simple observation: the software researchers rely on is usually built by people who have never written a grant, recruited a participant, or waited on a summary statement. Every product here started as a problem we hit ourselves in an active research program — then got built properly, so other investigators would not have to solve it again.
We work at the intersection of clinical research, measurement, and applied machine learning, with particular attention to the parts that are easy to get wrong: participant privacy, data provenance, and the responsible use of AI in scientific work.
We collaborate with investigators, institutions, and research programs — on products, on study infrastructure, and on federally funded research.
